POWERUP STUDIOS is an independent game developer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Incorporated in 2006, PowerUp's mission is to develop fun and innovative video games based on original intellectual properties.
While card, puzzle and 2D games have been the traditional product of independent game developers, PowerUp breaks the mold by developing the kind of full-featured, immersive 3D games usually only offered by large developers.
PowerUp's goal is to redefine what it means to be an "independent game developer," and set a new quality bar for small budget, short cycle game development.
